Terms and conditions

Contractual terms that govern the use of our services

1. Parties

These terms govern the contractual relationship between Kore Logic SL (CIF B90463662), operating under the trade name iot.cards (hereinafter "iot.cards"), and the customer (hereinafter the "Customer") who contracts IoT connectivity services through the Website or through a specific commercial proposal.

2. Services

iot.cards provides IoT connectivity services including, but not limited to, SIM and eSIM cards, mobile data plans, private APN and fixed IP, a SIM management portal, and REST APIs. The specific scope of services is defined in each commercial proposal.

3. Pricing, invoicing and payment

The prices published on the Website are indicative and subject to a final quote based on volume, countries of deployment and specific configuration. Invoicing is monthly, in euros, and taxes apply according to current regulations. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

4. Acceptable use

The Customer undertakes to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the acceptable-use policy. Without prejudice to other prohibited uses, the following are expressly prohibited: bypassing carrier restrictions, permanent use of SIMs outside their intended territory, use for telephony services that are not IoT/M2M, and any activity that could compromise the integrity of the mobile networks used by iot.cards.

5. Service level (SLA)

The SLA applicable to each Customer is defined in the commercial agreement and is aligned with the guarantees offered by our connectivity partners. In the absence of a specific SLA, a standard target availability of 99.5% per calendar month applies to the management portal.

6. Liability

iot.cards' liability is limited to direct damages and, in any case, to the amount paid by the Customer in the three (3) months preceding the event that caused the damage. iot.cards is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract by written notice with 30 days' advance notice. iot.cards may suspend the service immediately in the event of non-payment, breach of the acceptable-use policy, or a legal requirement.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Sevilla, Spain.
