Can I mix SMS and data on the same SIM?
Yes. Any of our SIMs supports SMS. The SMS IoT plan simply gives you an optimized rate when data is unused. If you later need data, you can switch plans without replacing the SIM.
What's the coverage for MT send via API?
Mobile Terminated SMS (inbound to device) works across all 190+ countries where we have coverage. The plan includes HTTP send, delivery-confirmation webhook and per-ID traceability.
Does it work with 2G devices once 2G is shut down?
In countries where 2G is already switched off, we fall back to LTE-M, NB-IoT or 4G depending on the modem. We verify modem compatibility with active networks in your target market before deployment.
How is over-bundle usage billed?
Overage is billed at €0.04/SMS MO in Europe and zone-based rates for the rest of the world. You can configure portal alerts to stay under a threshold per SIM or per account.
