How is consumption billed?
Every month you get a detailed invoice with the monthly fee and the actual usage per SIM and country. CDRs are available in real time in the portal.
What is the monthly fee?
The monthly fee depends on the tier and SIM volume. We confirm it in writing before signing — no hidden costs.
Can I mix tiers in the same project?
Yes. Each SIM can sit in Low, High or Enterprise, and you can move a SIM between tiers as its role or consumption changes.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices do not include VAT. Applicable VAT depends on the billing country.
