What happens when the MB run out or validity expires?
The SIM is deactivated. You can top up the same bundle at the original price from the portal to reactivate it, no need to replace the physical card.
How long does each bundle stay valid?
3 years for the 500 MB bundle and 2 years for the 100 MB bundle, counted from activation (not purchase). You can stock the SIM and activate it whenever the device is ready to deploy.
Can I top up before the bundle runs out?
Yes. Top-up is available at any time at the same price as the original bundle, and adds the new validity period from the top-up date.
What coverage is included?
Europe + UK on 2G, 3G, 4G, LTE-M and NB-IoT networks, with automatic switching between carriers if one drops service.
